What we collect
If you use the quote form on this site, we collect the name, phone number and job description you type, and an email address if you choose to give one. That is all — we ask for nothing else, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Only to call you back about the work you asked about and to quote it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it to send you marketing.
Who processes it, and where
The form does not send your information to us directly. It is processed byWeb3Forms, a third-party form service, which then emails the submission to us. In practice that means what you type is transmitted to, and held for a short time on, servers outside Canada — specifically in theUnited States — and while it is there it is subject to that country's laws rather than Canada's. We think you should know that before you type anything into the form, not after. If you would rather not send personal information through a third party, call us instead — the numbers are below, and talking to us directly skips Web3Forms entirely.
How long we keep it
Web3Forms deletes submissions from its own systems after 30 days. On our side, the email it sends us stays in our inbox for as long as your job is active and is deleted once the work is done and there is no reason to keep it.
Analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no behavioural analytics script. If we ever add simple visit counting, it will be a cookieless tool — such as Cloudflare Web Analytics — that counts page views without building a profile tied to you and cannot identify who you are, and this page will be updated to say so plainly.
Your rights, and how to use them
Canada's PIPEDAgives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. To do any of those, call either number below. We do not require anything more formal than that, and we will act on the request directly — there is no separate form to fill out to ask us to stop holding your data.
